As our PPC Specialist, you will manage and optimize our pay-per-click advertising campaigns
across various platforms. Your primary goals will be driving traffic, increasing conversions, and
maximizing ROI. Beyond that, you're data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital marketing
and e-commerce.
• Gain general knowledge of the business model.
• Showing confidence while using Google Ads, Google Analytics and other PPC management
platforms.
• Having full understanding of the PPC accounts structure (account, campaign, ad groups, and
keywords structure, ad extensions, bid strategies) and ability to perform changes at the
different levels.
• Being proficient in using our website for PPC purposes.
• Being able to analyse performances and come up with suggestions for improvements based
on the insights gained.
• Being able to perform account hygiene tasks autonomously.
• Being able to suggest strategic moves, using insights gained from data.

• Demonstrated deep technical knowledge in PPC, with the ability to perform audits and make
optimizations independently.
• At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads, preferably in eCommerce.
• Experience in paid social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Structured in their task and capable of free-flowing communication with the team members
and management.
Nice to have
• Experience with paid social advertising platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other
paid search such as Bing.
• Familiarity with the US market and understanding of its dynamics for paid advertising
campaigns
