IT-skills:* Some of the technical skills in the energy domain and value chain (from generation to consumption): • Energy technical expert with a strong business mindset. • Energy systems modeling & optimization (Energy flexibility/efficiency, forecasting/scheduling). • Smart Grid and integrations. • Business model, Energy market, business intelligence and analysis. • Building energy management systems. • Renewable Energy (PV, Hydrogen, Wind, Hydro Power, etc.). • E-mobility (EV) and transport. • Storage, battery management system (BMS). • Environment impact assessment, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and circular economy. • Good understanding of industrial processes and waste management, recycling. • An interest and willingness to apply research and innovation to and with Nordic businesses. Software and ICT skills: • Programming skills such as in Python and MATLAB is an advantage. • Knowledge on Artificial intelligence is a plus. • LCA software (e.g. SimaPro, GaBi, SAP, Open LCA etc.). • Project management software.
